Ruairi Rowan is a policy assistant for Children in Northern Ireland (CiNI), the regional umbrella organisation for the children’s sector in Northern Ireland. He previously worked as a consultant for the cross-community group Healing Through Remembering promoting the Day of Reflection among children and young people. He has facilitated international study visits from Basque youth delegations to Northern Ireland in 2011 and 2012 and was part of a delegation which visited the Basque Country in May 2013.
