Noel Murphy is a Belfast based full time artist specialising in figurative work. He is a graduate of Belfast Art College and is the painter of 'The Assembly Portrait' which hangs in the Senate at Parliament Buildings, Stormont.
He exhibits regularly at the Emer Gallery on the Antrim Road, Belfast.
