The 'draft Stormont agreement'

The failure of the DUP and Sinn Féin to restore devolution has been the subject of much debate. Journalists Eamonn Mallie and Brian Rowan have published details of a document on the website – a document that Sinn Féin says is the final draft agreement between the two parties, but this is disputed by the DUP.
