    Hear, hear Eamonn.

I was raised in the Rugby tradition, initially taught as a teenager by that academic & rugby legend the late Ernie Davis, then in adult life marrying into “ulster rugby royalty” when (for her sins) the daughter of the late Dion Glass took me as her hubi, and by god many a sparring debate Dion & I had before his untimely passing.

I believe both men would concur with us on this hollow sounding title for the stadium.

    There’ll always be a ‘Ravenhill’.

    SUFTUM.

I prefer historic stadiums to keep their own names be it in rugby, GAA or football. New stadiums, of course, are a different story and selling the naming rights to the highest bidder is acceptable.
