Senior representatives of the Orange Order, accompanied by Unionist MLAs who are members of the Institution, commemorate Sir Edward Carson ahead of the centenary of the signing of the Ulster Covenant.
Brethren and political representatives will lay a wreath at the former Unionist leaderâs statue on the Stormont estate.
