Arch rivals of the Scottish National Party (SNP) leader Alex Salmond continue to pay homage to what they acknowledge to be the phenomenon that is Scotland’s First Minister.
Labour’s former First Minister of Scotland, Henry McLeish is the latest in a long line of politicians right across the spectrum to laud ‘Alexander the Great’.
Durning a visit to Belfast to give a lecture on prisions reform in Northern Ireland, Mr McLeish, speaking to eamonnmallie.com, said of Salmond: “He has a vision. He has a set of values. He has got a mission. He is tough and he is resolute”.
