‘Deaneology’ (and food) with Michael Deane

To many, Michael Deane needs little introduction – his restaurants are dotted around Belfast and his name is synonymous with food in the city.

Michael’s ‘Deaneology’ however is not rooted in food. His grandfather’s cousin Dixie Deane was an England football international and Everton legend while another relative Uel Deane was the toast of Sadler’s Wells stage and other opera settings around the world.
