It was a red letter day for Ulster rugby fans who love Ravenhill with the news that nearly fifteen million pounds are being pumped into the redevelopment of the stadium.
The big question is however, will rugby be well served ultimately with the stadium anchored in a residential area at the same time as being incapable of facilitating a Heineken Cup final for example?
